"Almost all regions implement budgeting mechanism as it is mentioned in that circular letter. We want to know what implementation is being done in Jakarta that you recommend to be adopted in NTB," he said to Jakarta DPRD Vice Chairman, M. Taufik in the meeting.

Taufik explained, principally Jakarta Government still refers to Home Affairs Minister's Circular Letter.

"But there are some differences because Jakarta is the Capital City of Indonesia. The point is, PAD budgeting system should run according to the mechanism," he stated.

Meanwhile, Bandung and Cimahi DPRD asked about early childhood education programs (PAUD) and DPRD Consultative Agency (Bamus)'s work mechanism.

"It is clear in Jakarta that PAUD teachers should be appreciated based on the applicable regulations. As well as Bamus' work mechanism. Thus councils only carry out activities according to schedule that has been set," he explained.
